unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you 
experience a technical issue with your download or have not 
received your file after purchase, please contact us within 
7 days at support@lumaher.shop and we will resolve it 
immediately.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have 
genuinely worked through the material and feel it did not 
deliver value, reach out to us and we will review your 
request on a case-by-case basis.
